Privacy

This page explains how Sustainable Energy-efficient Evergreen Developments Pty Ltd handles personal information that reaches us through this website.

The website has no forms. The only way to send us anything through it is by email, from your own email account.

The homes list

If you email homes@seedwa.com.au to join the homes list, we keep your email and use it only to reply to you and to tell you when a home is available to buy.

To come off the list, email homes@seedwa.com.au with 'Remove' in the subject. We delete entries we have not used for 24 months.

Land enquiries

If you email land@seedwa.com.au about land you own, we use what you send only to reply to you and to look at the land. If an enquiry goes no further, we delete it after 24 months.

General email

If you write to hello@seedwa.com.au, we use what you send only to reply to you, and we delete it when we no longer need it.

Who sees your emails

Your emails are stored in our business email service, Google Workspace, which may keep them outside Australia. They are read by our directors.

We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone else to use.

We only send you emails about homes if you have asked to join the homes list.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

To see, correct or delete what we have, or to raise a concern about how we have handled it, email the address you wrote to.

Visits to this website

Our web host handles each visit to deliver the page and shows us only overall visitor numbers, by country. This website has no tracking and sets no cookies. The only exception is a short-lived security cookie our web host may set if it has to check that a visit is genuine.

Changes to this page

If what we collect changes, we will update this page.
